About Us

Jenn and Phillip moved from New Orleans to Nashville in 2016 and immediately noticed there was a lack of good cajun and creole food here...and plenty of people agreed!  When Phillip was laid off during COVID we began making gumbo for friends in the area who, knowing our struggle, began paying for it.  Then they told people and THEY began calling offering to pay for gumbo.  By October of 2022 we realized we had a business on our hands.  We love sharing our passion for food and fun and not taking life too seriously. We are thrilled to be able to continue sharing our culture with the Nashville area that is now our new home.
